Cancellation of Order and Returns Policy

If you want to cancel your order please notify us by phone, email or contact form in our website before we dispatch the goods for shipment. For any goods that you have already purchased but want to return that to us, you may do that under the following terms and conditions:

1) You must return the goods purchased within 7 days of purchase in a totally unusable and originally packaged form.

2) Before you return the goods you must contact us to inform us about it. We will provide you a return form which you must complete and submit within 12

hours of delivery of the form. To facilitate the return process you must include a return goods number that we will send you through email.

3) The goods must be in a form so that we can display it again and sell it back to another customer.

4) Goods such as underwear, makeup or wig must not be opened and used to be returned to us.

If the tamper seal is broken we will not accept the return. These items must not be used or unpacked.

5) You must include the delivery note or copy of your email invoices with the returned goods so that we can be sure that there is

no treachery going on in the process.

6) To return the item the necessary shipping cost to ship the item back to us shall be borne by you and

we will hold you responsible for any kind of damage of the product till the shipment are done to us.

7) You will not be refunded the shipment cost you paid while the purchase of the goods as it will be already used to ship the goods to you.

8) The total refunded money will be the payment minus 10% restocking fee minus the shipment cost for which you have paid on purchase.

9) You will get the refunded money once we have checked everything and find everything fine in respect to all of the above terms and conditions.

10) The refund will be made to the card you have used in time of purchase. If the card is not valid we will refund it by a cheque.

The cheque will be payable to the cardholder’s account.

11) We will cut a £2.50 as a banking charge when we refund by cheque

12) If the refund is made to the card then it may take up to 14 days.

13) You cannot return the Halloween goods after 31st October and Christmas goods after 25th December.

14) These cancelation and return policy do not affect your statutory rights.
